Hi, I’m Ginny
I created On Track Wellness Coaching from a desire to help others find greater balance, resilience, and hope in their health and everyday lives.
With a background in Health Sciences and continued graduate-level training in counseling and wellness, I take a whole-person approach to wellbeing — recognizing the deep connection between physical health, emotional wellness, mindset, relationships, and spiritual wellbeing.
My own journey through significant chronic health challenges deeply shaped my understanding of healing, perseverance, and personal growth. It taught me that wellness is rarely a perfect or linear process. Often, meaningful breakthrough begins with small, intentional steps taken with courage, compassion, and grace.
At On Track Wellness Coaching, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue lasting, meaningful change.
Whether you are navigating stress, parenthood, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, physical health challenges, or simply seeking a healthier and more grounded version of yourself, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and support.
For clients who welcome it, I’m also honored to thoughtfully incorporate faith-based perspectives into the wellness journey.
I believe meaningful change can begin with a single conversation.

What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaches address the whole person by providing support, accountability, and guidance for clients to meet their personal goals around physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. Areas of focus may include planning consistent exercise & physical activity, healthy eating, weight loss, coping well with stress, and connecting with life-giving social & spiritual practices.
Coaches focus on mindset and behavior changes to prevent or manage disease, foster renewed well-being and encourage long-term thriving by:
Meeting you where you are today
Identifying your strengths and personal motivations
Supporting whole-person wellness
Setting realistic and meaningful goals
Building sustainable habits for long-term success
Developing practical strategies for everyday life
Turning setbacks into opportunities for growth
Providing accountability and ongoing support
“Coaching is a growth-promoting relationship which elicits motivation, increases the capacity to change, and facilitates a change process through visioning, goal setting, and accountability which leads to sustainable change for the good.”
